If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 10 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Full price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 10 days from the date of receipt for a store credit. All items must be shipped back in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged jewelry boxes. Special orders, resized pieces and custom pieces, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchange or store credit. But please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full credit will only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. TOMOMI MOTOYAMA will not offer store credit or exchange an order if the return package was lost in transit without proof of delivery.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
